1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Apsion ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the StoriesFM service at storiesfm.com (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service.

StoriesFM is a service that transforms news headlines into original songs using artificial intelligence. The Service fetches news articles, performs AI-powered sentiment analysis, generates lyrics, and produces music. All song content, lyrics, and musical compositions on this platform are generated by AI systems and should be understood as creative interpretations, not factual reporting.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Service and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Service (collectively, the "Content") are owned or controlled by us and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. The Content is provided "as is" for your personal, non-commercial use only.

AI-generated content on this platform, including but not limited to song lyrics, musical compositions, and written stories, is produced by third-party AI systems. Ownership and licensing of AI-generated content is subject to the terms of the respective AI service providers.

4. User Representations

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

  • You have the legal capacity to agree to and abide by these Terms.
  • You are not a minor in your jurisdiction of residence.
  • You will not access the Service through automated or non-human means, whether through a bot, script, or otherwise.
  • You will not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Apsion and you irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in that location for all disputes arising under these Terms.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting us. If a dispute is not resolved within thirty (30) days, either party may initiate formal proceedings. You agree that any legal proceeding shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class action.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. YOU AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE WILL BE AT YOUR SOLE RISK. AI-GENERATED CONTENT, INCLUDING SONGS, LYRICS, AND STORIES, IS PRODUCED BY AUTOMATED SYSTEMS AND MAY CONTAIN INACCURACIES, BIASES, OR ERRORS. SUCH CONTENT DOES NOT REPRESENT THE VIEWS OR OPINIONS OF APSION AND SHOULD NOT BE RELIED UPON AS FACTUAL REPORTING.

14. Limitations of Liability

IN NO EVENT WILL WE OR OUR DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFIT, LOST REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, OR OTHER DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

15. Indemnification
